Quite good actually

Quite good actually. Worth the time and money. If you’ve seen the one in Dubai, then probably might leave you a bit disappointed but otherwise, quite cool to visit with your family. You see surprisingly big sharks with a lot of other aquatic species that are lovely. Overall recommend!

While parking can be an issue

While parking can be an issue, (we went early Sunday afternoon) the staff were attentive and helpful from ticketting to exit. The experience was spectacular, fun, educational, we thoroughly enjoyed our time including the staff talks which were knowledgeable, feeding time was great to watch and my wife and I highly recommend the experience - but make sure you allow at least two to three hours.

Very nice and friendly stuff

Very nice and friendly stuff. Good way to learn about the sea animals. Thought it was great that they provide a free shuttle from Auckland city. I really enjoy the sense of humour of the guides. The penguins seem so happy and well cared. I'll definitely come back. The drinks were a bit expensive, so was the food. But worth it. Love their BLT sandwich.
